Rent Reviews can only be issued once every 12 months in a Rent Pressure Zone(RPZ) or every 2 years outside. Landlords must ensure that each review allows a mimimum of 90 days notice, 3 comparables must be provided and where applicable a copy of the RPZ calculation must be included along with the rent review
