DEMAND DRIVES UP PROPERTY PRICES IN CORK
The latest report by REA for the last 4 months ( June –Sept) has seen an increase on average of 1.6% in the sale price of three bed semis in Co.Cork.
Undoubtedly driven by the increase in people looking to leave busier cities in the wake of COVID 19 but also by the current lack of supply it seems property prices will continue to rise. According to REA the average house prices across Co. Cork have risen 1.6% in the last quarter far above that of Cork City and even Dublin where prices rose 0.5%. The current average increase nationwide for the past 3 months stands at 0.6%
